How long does it take for delivery?

After an order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours and is delivered to you within 7-12 days. We will inform you if there is a delay in delivery of products.

Can I have my pet delivered on a specific date and time?

How can I track my order?

You are updated via emails regarding your order status. And you can also track your order by logging in to your account on our website and then going to your orders page.

Can I return my pet to the delivery guy?

We are sorry but you cannot return the product to the delivery guy. If you are nor satisfied with the product, please contact us for support.

What if nobody is home when the package arrives?

Our shipping partner will contact you on the phone number you provided when placing the order with us on our website.

Do we ship globally ?

We are currently do not have the facility to ship to all countries but we do ship to most.

I have not received my delivery. What should I do?

Please allow us up to 12 working days delivery from the date you placed your order. If you have any questions you can contact our support team from here.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing it, with no charge to the customer. If the product has been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.

How do I initiate a return process?

To return a product, returns have to initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Rehab and medical aids are not returnable. Please contact us in advance of purchase after consultation with your veterinarian.

How does the return process work?

Once your return request is approved by us, we will arrange for a pickup. In areas where we do not have Reverse Logistics service, you will have to ship the product safely to us.

What if the pet has dead or is injured ?

If you receive a pet which is dead or injured, immediately notify our support team. A replacement will be sent to you.

Please note that you have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

Are all pets returnable?

  •  The pet should be in its original state and health and in same condition as it was delivered to you.
  • Handicapped Pets products are exchangeable on size upon delivery. 

REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

How long will it take to receive the refund?

We will process the refund within 7 working days. This does not include the delay by the Banks or Credit Card Issuers.

How will I receive the refund?

The refunds will be issued using the same method of transaction used when placing the order. For e.g. if you had used your Credit Card. The refund will be credited back to your Credit Card.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery Service?

No! We do not provide Cash on Delivery at the moment.
